Support
Email support@parkingsllips.com or call (828) 475-5477, and we'll get back to you. Please include the email on your Sllips account and, if it's about parking, the property's name.
Questions about a property's or lot's parking rules, prices, spaces or towing go to whoever runs it. Each one sets its own rules.
Common questions
Is Sllips free?
The app is free to download and use. Some parking costs money: each property or lot sets its own prices, and you always see the price before you pay.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll email you a code to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute or two.
My property gave me a code.
Open the Permits tab, tap Have a code? and enter it. Resident, guest, staff, vendor and manager codes all go there. You can also enter a code from your property when you sign up.
My car was reported.
You'll get a notification. Open it to see where and when, then tell us what happened: you've moved it, you had permission, or it isn't your car. If you move it within the time shown, the report is closed.
Someone is parked in my space.
Open your permit and tap Someone's in Space. Enter or scan their plate, and Sllips finds you another spot and lets the right people know.
I need to change the car on my permit.
Residents can open their permit and tap Change Car. How often you can change it is set by your property.
A payment went wrong.
If a booking can't be completed after you pay, the payment is refunded automatically. For anything else, email us with the date and the property's name. See Refunds and Cancellations in the Terms of Use.
I want Sllips at my property.
Property managers and lot owners can email hello@parkingsllips.com. Residents and drivers can let their property's office know about us.
I want to delete my account.
In the app: Profile → Security → Delete Account. More detail under Deleting Your Account in the Privacy Policy.
